Q: How much does it cost to start my UWA business? A. Your cost to become a member is only $35.00 One-Time (U.S. Dollars)! There will be no additional charges to your account. Please visit the "products" page to review what you are getting for your $35.00.
Q. Do you accept credit and debit cards? A. Yes. However, we do NOT accept third party credit card payments. In other words, you cannot use your credit card to pay for other members into UWA - No Exceptions.
Q. Can I pay for my membership with a Check or Money Order? A. Yes, Checks and Money orders are acceptable in the United States. You can pay for your membership with a U.S. Dollar check or Money Order. To pay with a check or Money Order Click Here or click on the "Join" link above and follow the instructions. Checks can take up to 10 days to clear which will delay your membership activation. Q. Is your office open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week? A. No, we're just like you! We like to have a life - meaning that we (try to) take the weekends off! Our office hours are 10AM to 4PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Friday). We will answer all requests during office hours except on weekends and holidays.
Q: Is this the right business for me? A. This is a serious business for serious people ... If you need to become rich in the next 3 days ... If you cannot afford to give your business time to develop ... then this business may not be for you.
Q: Is unlimitedwealthalliance.com a secure site? A. Yes. The UWA website is secured with the highest level of encryption or security possible.
Q: Is Unlimited Wealth Alliance legal? A. Yes it is. UWA is a legitimate company. We are incorporated, have an office, directors, and like many other corporations, we share our earnings with our representatives. We are a very real, rock solid company.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings? A. Yes. If you live in the United States and earn $600.00 or more, you will be issued a 1099 form stating how much you have earned for the year. A copy of your 1099 will be also sent to the IRS.

Q. How can I be sure that I will get the commissions I've earned? Is the company stable? A. Frank Soto is the founder of a successful network marketing company, a company that has been in business for over 5 years and always has delivered products and commission checks on time.
Q. Is this a company-wide Income Plan? Company-wide plans are designed for the companies to keep all the money. In a company-wide pay plan, all distributors are placed left to right one level at a time. Thus, when you sponsor someone in a company-wide plan, they may end up being placed next to you -- instead of under you. With UWA, every member gets their own 2x2 Income Center when they join. Your Income Center can be filled with help from your upline, your own effort and the effort of your personally sponsored members. All your personally sponsored members will be placed under you.
Q. Is the company going to help me build my business? A. Federal laws do not allow us to guarantee earnings or any minimum time to receive commissions. All companies that have promised that they would build the business for the distributors, have been shut down by the law in less than a year. We will not make false promises to you because our goal is to be around for a very long time.
Q. Are you guaranteeing Spillover? A. No, we are not guaranteeing spillover. The pay plan promotes spillover, but it depends on the recruiting skill level of your sponsor and your position in your sponsor's matrix. If you have a strong sponsor and you are the on the first level of his/her matrix, you may get some members placed under you. If you end up on your sponsor's second level, it's more than likely that you will not get any spillover since this is a 2x2. Your best bet to succeed in this business is by sponsoring a few people yourself.
Q. My upline promised me that they will be bringing hundreds of people into UWA and will be placing some of them under me if I join. Can this really happen? A. You should NOT join UWA based on promises made by your sponsor (please read the question/answer above). If you join UWA based on promises of spillover or income projections made by any member or group and those promises and projections are not supported by the UWA Corporate Website, UWA shall not be held responsible for these claims. Any complaints regarding promises or income projections should be addressed to the person or group who made them. Here is an example of why most spillover promises will not be fulfilled by your sponsor: This is a 2x2 matrix - which means that once your sponsor fills his/her matrix (two people on level 1 and four on level 2), he/she will start a new one leaving you behind in the old matrix. Any new member personally recruited by your sponsor will be placed under your sponsor's new position -- not under the members left behind in the old position. The only way you may get spillover/help from your sponsor is if you fall on his/her first level or if your sponsor sends some of the people directly to your website.
Q. Am I required to personally sponsor people to receive commissions? A. There are absolutely no requirements to sponsor anyone personally. But having no requirements to receive commissions doesn't mean that you will receive any commissions or that your matrix will be filled for you by the company or your sponsor. The requirement to fill the matrix is still there.
Q. What do you mean by 'No Sponsoring Required To Get Paid'? A. No Sponsoring Required To Get Paid means that if your 2x2 matrix is filled with helps from your sponsor and any person they place under you, we would pay you the commissions earned even if you did not personally sponsored anyone yourself. Don't wait for this to happen because it does not happen often. We suggest that you sponsor at least 2 people and help them do the same. This program has already proven to be unbelievably easy to promote.
Q. Do you permit multiple positions? A. Yes. You are allowed to take two additional entries under your original position. Wait until your first position is activated and then you can take additional ones by entering them or re-joining from your own website. Please do NOT take extra positions unless you are someone who is capable of building them.
Q. Why do you use a 2 wide pay structure when other companies use 4 wide, 5 wide, etc.? A. Most
professional marketers know that the average person will recruit
2 people or less. A 2 wide pay structure requires less people to
fill it. A wider pay structure may provide a higher
payout, but it will take a long time to fill. Some companies
have pay structures that are wider than ours. The payouts may
look good on paper, but it just a convenient way for these
companies to keep your money. The reason we designed our pay
plan with a 2x2 pay structure is because we want to pay you fast
.... we do not want to keep your money! Q. Once I become a representative will I have a website just like this one? A. Yes, your website will be created instantly after you successfully complete the enrollment process. The URL will be e-mailed to you and you should also be able to find it in your UWA's Members Area. You can start sending your friends and prospects to your website immediately.
Q: What is Spamming? A. Spamming is considered to be any email sent to someone without their prior consent, or sent in the absence of a previous personal or business relationship, which advertises goods or services including random mass emails, advertising via chat rooms and servers, or through instant messaging systems like Yahoo messenger, ICQ, or MSN.
